WWF are urging the world to VOTE EARTH and reach the target of 1 billion votes, which will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009.

it's 4 in the wee hours and i still cant seem to find my way into lala land
even msn's a ghost town now(like duh)
it's either my body clock's topsy turvey

and so begins the long wait before i commit myself back into yet another standard phase of singaporeans' life

with 5 whole months in my hands, it's just so tempting to have a whale of a time without working! i guess i ain't feeling the pinch of reality just yet,until i witness my savings account dwindle as the days tick by. then again,i'm a picky job seeker.wahaha

i've made up my mind that to make full use of this amount of golden sand bestowed to me, to experience new wonders and pursue my interests.

i could still remember that faithful day i was forced to give up my soul to help protect,serve,blah blah blah.when i first step into the infamous island of tekong, there was this sergeant that gave us a welcome speech.from that day onwards i never saw him again-because he ord-ed the week after.lol
then, i though to myself-'this is it.090209 just seem to far away'



fast forward to present day-1 year and 10 months later

i've endured through bmt
i've passed bslc
i've enjoyed aslc
and i'm proud that i'm from 1SIR

who would want to do so much of work but get so little credit
who likes to be sandwiched between different levels
who is willing to receive this amount of pay for the amount of work done
not me thats for sure
but WE still did it
we took one of the worst route possible(imho) by being an infantry specialist in 1SIR
but through that we gained pride and created friendship

all the late nights
be it preparing for missons
or watching movies/playing games
or simply just being fished by encik
we're an interesting mix of characters
and it just won't be complete without any of the 17 of us

the salute from the men and the speech by encik was really touching
i nearly cried.nearly.
i'm just damn proud of the shit that we've been through

platoon II wont be the same without the 4 of us!
