we went to explore around in search for the peak ah boy was talking about,we didnt manage to find it,but we had a good time off road.vegetation everywhere,with a path thats barely there.haha,reminded me of that time when kit and i nearly got lost at bukit timah and had to use our bikes to chop our way thru to civilisation.


we human beings like to run away from reality.many of us dont have the courage to face up to the truth,so we tend to tell ourselves things or do things to make us feel better.maybe running is the best tactic?jus like in sun tze art of war.lmao.others may feel that facing the music seem to be the best way out.sigh.

IT fair
the last day of the it fair was crazy.swarms of people moving around,human traffic was at its peak.be it mrt or citylink or suntec, it was so darn hard and tiring to manouver around.Zz
















well at least it wasnt a wasted trip,i bought a new speaker system,mich and zh both got themselves ipods.wont be goin to any fairs in the near future,haha.phobia.
















on the way home i saw this guy reading a POKEMON GUIDE.i'm not saying that adults cant read pokemon guides,jus that it's...uncommon?hah.

















my speakers!wasted i dont have a better sound card,otherwise i'd have bought the 5.1 system.sadded.sound quality's superb though-for $29 that is.

NUS & NTU open house

i must have looked like some retard sleeping with my mouth wide open on the mrt.haha.totally drained of energy after a long day touring ntu and nus. i'd say that the crowd at ntu seems much more lively as compared to that at nus.wonder why?lol.


if you ever dine at nus,DONT ever go to this 'great wall restaurant'.i repeat,DONT.unless you want to waste your $$$. we kenna culture shock while we were there.

dinner was so much nicer at pizza hut.now we know how to get 2 for 1 pizzas.at pizza hut.lol

the ntu campus is like much nicer as compared to the nus campus.can imagine myself leading campus life.wahaha.k stop dreaming,not as if they are willing to take me in.zZ.

felt great to be outdoors again!outdoors as in o-u-t-d-o-o-r-s.haha not go downstairs buy food that kinda outdoors.if you've $4 to spare and nothing to do,you should really use it to visit ubin.for $2,the boat ride is really worth it.the feeling of the sea breeze blowing against you is simply ecstatic.wahaha.with her wide diversity of flora and fauna,she's certainly one of spore's 'hidden' eden.

although i've been to ubin countless times,but everytime i go back,i find myself discovering new stuff.it can simply be the small little things that i overlooked the previous time i was there.i will go back there again =D

managed to catch 300 for free.courtesy of mich's company.wahahaha.it not too bad a show,i would rate it 3.5 out of 5 ba.at certain parts it felt like i was sitting with 300 other ppl in the cinema watching porn.haha.breasts were spilled and dicks were shown.haha!no la.but there were breasts and artistic sex scene though.lol.ladies,if you're after men with 8packs,do go watch the show and gentlemen,if you're after breasts,do avoid watching the show.haha.lots of killing and dying,however they changed the story.history records tells us that the battle was fought with much more spartans and more allies to began with.




today i came home to a surprise-a bird started a nest at my doorstep!not literally my doorstep la.jus on some unused wire hanging near my door.i was so excited that i kept snapping away with my camera.lol





aint it cool?!the bird's very shy,so whenever there's any noise or movement alien to it,it would not go anywhere near the nest.i dont think the bird's really gonna use the nest,considering my neighbour is rather lively.haha.sadded.

i didnt dare to look at my results when i received them, but they turned out better than expected.haha..i was like expecting something like DDE and a bordeline pass in GP,but the end results surprised me.wahahaha.hmm...i need to take sometime off to plan my next step,cos there are not that many courses open to me currently,but i'm sure things will work out.i still cant find any course that really catches my eye.the courses that i think i'll be interested in aint offered in any of the local uni.anyway i doubt my grades can secure me a place in any of those courses if they were offered in spore.zZ.
i dont think overseas is an option since i wasnt born with a silver spoon in my mouth.think we'll be having trouble paying even nus or ntu fees if i manage to get in.lol.quite a number of my friends are already in the midst of choosing the overseas route,but they are from the wealthier bunch.thats the diff between them and me.Zz
and i dont tink loans will work for me.hmm maybe they will?haha.have to snoop around open houses and talk to more ppl to find out more.


i left my 6233 behind in a taxi on the way to cong's house on D-Day.when i found out what i have done,i spammed my phone with calls and smses in hope that some kind soul would pick it up and return it to me.after about 2 hours, the person who picked up my phone switched off my phone!at that point of time i thought my phone was like gone for good.
this morning,i woke up to ton's call.it turned out that the person who held on to my phone was the taxi driver himself,and he switched it off because he didnt know how to operate the phone.lol!i was like so relieve after knowing that my phone was in safe hands.haha.so i met this taxi driver by the name of francis at tamp central to collect back my phone and guess what,he rejected my reward for him!wahaha.thanks francis =]


let's just say that lady luck is really smiling at me.

alrite,i'm starting to see webs on this blog again.haa.guess it's time i do updating ya.well, i've been wanting to update since v day,budden somehow or rather cant find time to do so..lol.k thats an excuse.a lousy one too.wahaha =D

let's see,v day was spent at cong house baking cookies,eating pizza and watching movie.that way we didnt see any couples.smart eh?lol.

hmm..then came cny.spent the first day visiting relatives and the other days were spent with friends.the fireworks display on the first nite of cny was boring and disappointing.the following nites of blackjack were so much more exciting-heartstopping and scary at times,even worst than playin heartattack.haha.i witness how that pack of 52 cards can break someone.lol

i cant really remember what was after cny.hmm..i remember playing pool,eating gelare,cycling,chilling out,sunrise and sunset,fishermen's v..blah blah blah.

fastforward to today.went for dinner at thaipan with ton,bu and ngiam.been a while since i last ate there.the food there is still as delicious as ever.wahaha.with our bloated tummies, we hung around the area and took loads of stupid photos.we nearly threw ngiam's head into the toilet bowl and dustbin..lol!maybe i shall post the photos and VIDEOS up here someother time and hope she doesnt see =D
we climbed up to the roof of one of the buildings in mg..nothing much,jus a nice experience and it feels shiok to climb onto the roof of a 27 floor building.haha.

speaking of rooftops.i chanced upon one of the nicest house i've seen!omg.just thinking of it makes me wanna go back there again.haha.it's a pent house at bedok court and the first time i saw it, i was like stunned for a moment.haha.it all began when i was lying on my bed and this random thought of the penthouse of bedok court came to me.i felt an urge to go see it,so the next day when i was out cycling with lenny we dropped by on our way home for a look.i swore that my first reaction was *gasp*.haha.
picture this-a 2 storey terrace house planted on the 19th floor of a condo.not only that,this condo is built on a low-lying area due to it's close proximity to our beloved airport,hence the buildings around it are no taller than 12 storey high.therefore this penthouse,which is built on the condo,has a panoramic view of the entire area(yes this area is inclusive of the sea)!on top of that,the layout and design of the house is to my liking and level2 of the house leads straight to the rooftop.this roof top is much much nicer than mg's although it's only lv20 compared to mg's 28.wa lau..bth.really felt like asking the owner to allow me in for a tour round of his house!
the size of the house aint too big either.large enough to hold a grand party yet small enough such that the one wont feel the 'empty' feeling large houses give-jus nice to my liking.haha.the only thing i feel it lacks is a glass roof with a retractable brick layer on the bedrooms on lv2 of the house.imagine with the click of a buttom the roof retracts and you're able to view STARS from your BED.omg.how cool is that!*slurps*

oh well,enough about that house.someday i shall return there-as the owner!no la.jus kidding.wahaha
our results will be out in 2 day's time.damn fast can!3 1/2 months whizzed by just like that!looking back, i can barely recall doing much during this period of time.sigh.well, it's too late for any regrets now. at this point of time, it's about accepting the results and planning the next step.
in about one month's time i will be enlisting and there are many many things i wanna do but have yet to get around doin them!zZ

have you ever felt overwhelmed by your thoughts?for this period of time when i didnt blog, many thoughts slipped pass me.jus feel it's kinda pity that they came and went.i think i should blog more oft,catch hold of these random thoughts and keep them, so that i can look back and either learn from or laugh at them.lol!

badmintion today wasnt as fun as i expected it to be,everybody was like so lethargic..maybe it's something to do with the venue.lol.personally i dun like the ambience at siglap..tamp sports hall's the best!wahahaha

the weather's been good for the past few days.sunny in the day,clear sky with stars at night and breeze throughout the whole day.my favourite kind of weather!wahahaha =D
sunset today wasn't anything spectacular, but it was one of the nicest i've seen in recent times. i really can't wait to see a really beautiful sunset.soon.

a hot shower after riding followed by some music and a good sleep.shiok =P

went with roy to order our army specs today.met up with cong and the rest in town for shopping.friggin tired.

on our way home,dennis,shaun and i discovered this large colony of ants.nothing special about it 'cept that this species of ant is thrice the size of your average friendly household ant.it must be some kinda mutation or something, 'cos its friggin huge and rather freaky..wonders of nature.haha.took a video of it,shall post it up tmr or something.now i need to hug my friggin bolster.nite peeps.zZz

looking at the old folks selling tissue by the road side or at hawker centers,how do you feel?seriously speaking, although many of us tend to say we're poor and broke,how many of us really are? we have clothes to wear,water to drink,food to eat and shelter to stay.no matter how bad our condition, we wont starve to death or freeze to death on the road.i have no idea why all of a sudden the picture of people living in extreme poverty found their way into my head, but i just feel that we are considered very fortunate.wahaha.humans are like that,when we have something, we would tend to seek something better.we'll nv be easily contented.zZz.one day i should visit africa and experience for myself whats its like to live in extreme poverty.wahaha.

went shopping today and bought quite a few things!wahaha.happy happy.this happiness comes at the expense of my wallet.lol

it pays to do good.we were walking at bugis village when sher saw a poor old man selling tissue.nobody was buying from him, so feeling sad for the old man, sher took $2 from me and bought a few packs of tissue from the old chap.i tot nothing much of it at that point of time.
we carried on shopping and walking,then all of a sudden my stomach had major disagreement with me. i chionged into a nearby toilet, only to find that there was no more toilet paper.i chiong back out and was so freaking relief to see the packs of tissue in her bag.lol.grabbed a few packs and chionged back into the toilet.wahahaha.

the good will be rewarded =]


i'm thankful that our results are more or less confirmed to be released after CNY.lemme enjoy cny first can.haa

was signing in at the general office early this morning and then i realised that it's already the first day of feb!time's literally flying can.it seemed like only yesterday that i attended last sun's service!zZz
today was pretty slack,took 4/1 and they're the most behaving class i've ever taken since i've been to the school!wahahaha.

spent my free periods building sandcastles in the staffroom.i've always dreamt of travelling the world on a bicycle,but i know i'm still way away from that dream.a quick search on the net showed quite a handful of ppl in the world who carried/are carrying out my dream! the typical story-work for a few years,save up,cash in everything,get the necessary equipment and set off to see the world. i seriously can't wait to do that..wahaha!best if i can do it with a partner-either a good pal or my life partner =D

however looking at my current equipment ,skills and fitness level, i seriously have to work hard if i wanna ever achieve my dream.haa.
of course this is just one of my many many dreams.wahaha.dreaming jus feel so shiok!lol

caught sat's match against malaysia LIVE AT THE STADIUM!wahaha.we managed to get grandstand tickets.the grandstand eperience was great.although it's just kallang stadium's grandstand, it was still nice la.the match went into extra time,extra extra time and penalties.super value for the 10 bucks we spent!wahahaha.the feeling of watchin it live is just totally different.(my virgin live match) lol. we gonna watch the final against thailand tomorrow too!too bad we manage to get only gallery seats this time.heard the grandstand ticks were sold out within minutes!wth.

bastard dai tee after the match on sun was duper too!we just rock!wahahaha.

lets go sing the national anthem with pride tmr! =]

spent my last 2 days rotting at home.feeling so weak.cant.move. virus virus go away!shoo!lol.

went cycling with sher jus now.it was FREEZING at the jetty can.haha..i the wind was so strong that i actually didnt sweat at all!wahahaha.

somehow badmintion today didnt feel as shiok.zZz
had gelare after soooo long!shouldn't have eaten char kuay tiao before that la..would have enjoyed the waffle much more that way.anyway it was still nice.(btw dont eat the char kuay tiao at LTN,didnt taste nice to me.lol)

went paramount after that.that place is really sleazy & infested.haha..anyway caught the spore and malaysia match there,which ended with a draw.return leg this sat,most likely gonna catch it.ah bu if u're reading this,faster go get the ticks!grandstand seatings goin for $10.now u know the value of asian football.lol.


somethings i'll love my students(and i'm sure most teachers'll want their students) to know:

=>teachers don't give homework for nothing,so do it!the more we give,the more we mark.zZz
=>teachers don't enjoy shouting at classes,we will lose our voices eventually if we keep that up,so do cooperate!
=>it's ok if u didnt bring your textbook,jus pay attention and go read up when u get home!
=>people will discriminate against you,books dont.so being in the normal stream doesnt imply that you're a goner.help the teacher to help you!
=>don't be afraid to try.learn from your mistakes!
=>don't move about the class or stand up at your own seat!it's very distracting.

now i understand how teachers feel.haha.

should i extend for 2 more weeks?cant decide.zZz.

the past 4 days whizzed by.so fast that i nearly couldnt make head or tail of what's happening.lemme try to recall.

thu-ubin cycling.rather fun,but was kinda sick of it since i've been there so many times already.there's a really cute dog on the island!had zi char at changi v..price there's rather steep but the food wasnt too bad.after dinner we took a short walk to och,budden turned back at the entrance as we didnt feel right.lol!

fri-went tp's open house.made me realise that campus life aint that bad after all.hmm,maybe i should have gone poly 2 years ago?lol.budden still,i have no regrets choosing jc lah.at nite raymond jio-ed for trip to och again,so we rounded up a few friends and took a stroll inside.nothing much,budden one can really see v nice stars from the yard area.kan nice view..if only the surroundings were more 'condusive'.haa.had supper at changi v once again and managed to catch the last bus home.lol.

sat-went around bike-window-shopping with dennis.at nite met up with some friends for togoparts ride.first time i joined a togoparts ride.the ride on the whole was too draggy,with too many breaks inbetween.the route they took was the route my friends and i took for our round island trip,jus slightly shorter as they didnt touch tuas checkpoint.experienced new things though.the last time we went on a round island was during daytime,so this time nite round island is something new yet familar.lol

sun-didnt slp after coming home in the morning,went for new creations chruch service.it was on the whole not too bad,maybe abit draggy.the sequence of events was about the same as fcbc's,so nothing new to me.lol.reached home in the evening-dead beat.couldnt remember how or when,i jus woke up on my bed,still in my outside clothes.zZz


i feel like jus staying home for one whole day.my whole house is in quite a mess and i haven found time to go around clearing the mess.Zzz

i need my pay and i need it fast!how come moe pay so late de.sians.the feeling of being broke jus suck.

alrite better go slp soon.got work tmr.Zzz.haven done my lesson plans yet.now i understand how come my teachers last time hated lesson plans.they simply suck.shall do mine during my free periods tmr.lol.lazy to do now la.besides all my textbook are in school also,so no point trying to do anything now =D

took over 3/1 today, and i spotted people who sorta bear some resemblance to people from the 3/1 of my time.wahaha.gathered from them that mrs cheong is still as strict as ever..they're studyin lit the exact same way our lit class did when we were in bv!seems like mrs cheong's way of teaching is still the same.wahaha!

i feel that i lack time management.zZzi'm like feeling v tired almost every single moment of the day!wad's wrong with me -__-

went bowling after work.after 5 games i was like shaggedddd.zZZ.still remember those days when 10 games were nothing to us.wad happened to us?!!lol

cleared the pile of waste paper that has been sitting at one corner of my room doing nothing but collecting dust.came across notes and memos from my sec sch life.brought back loads of memories from my sec sch days..quite an irony considering i'm teaching in the school now.lol!looking back, i realised how childish i was in the past.wahaha.have you ever written those under-table notes to your friends?those commonly known as primitive msn.haha.or have u ever drawn stupid drawings of pratically anything under the sun 'cos the teacher back then appeared so boring and u were too naive to understand the importance of education?looking at those stuff now makes me feel so silly.haha.those were the days.i've decided not to throw away these memories.shall keep them in a box so that i can look back again 10 years down the road.haa.next year i will be leaving teenagehood.looking at my students now,i've come to realised how mature someone can grow to become during their teenage years.

but no matter how mature we become,there will always a childish side of us deep inside. =D

the world's a sad yet beautiful place.been thinking quite alot recently.next time i wanna go backpack travelling.go visit places,talk to people,listen to their stories,see the world.its a dream too far fetched for me.told this to a friend of my.she told me my dreams will happen,because i want them to.wahahaha.yes! i shall make my dreams come true.slowly but surely, my dreams shall unfold into reality before me.

went for dinner at astons again yesterday.the food there is jus superb.wahahaha.rate it 4 out of 5 stars!

looking back at the past 18 yrs of my life.i dont think i have achieve anything great or outstanding.neither have i fulfil any of my dreams.maybe i have over looked something or maybe...i dunno.looking at people around me,they have achieve so much.when i talk about achievements, i'm not only talking about awards or medals,but also skills,knowledge,etc.jus read an article on procastination just now.i find that i procastinate alot..wahaha.maybe its time i stop procastinating so much.

i wanna work.budden i wanna do something that i enjoy instead of doin something for the sake of doin it.put it simply i dun wanna work for the $$$.such jobs are hard to come by.lol

i wanna go on a holiday...zZz.korea,japan or thailand!

been quite awhile since i last blogged.day 3 of my work already.

day 1-

arrived in school,informed by principal that my hair's a tad long.wth!lol.

teachers,juniors and even the drink stall aunty recogonised me! *stunned*

drew strange glances from students.maybe they found me familiar,or maybe it's just because i was a new face to them.

took over art and eng classes,didn't teach.just talked =D

day 2-

took over art and eng lessons,again.this time,i taught art!can you believe it?me teaching art??lol.

day 3-

took over maths,pe and history lessons today(me teaching history??!!ahaa).by the time i took a rest in the staff room i was beat.zZz

now i finally understand how my teachers felt when they were teaching me. sleeping students,rowdy students,over enthu students,etc.luckily there's been zero cases of rebellion so far =D

finally finished watching da chang jin.yes yes,i didnt catch it when it was aired on tv,so i had to borrow DVDs from ah boy to watch.the verdict?DAMN NICE.wahahaha.not to mention touching.you should go watch if you have yet to.it's the best drama series i've watched to date.maybe i haven been watching enough drama yet.lol

my term as RT will end this fri.should i continue to do other jobs after that?i really dunno.rumours have been flying around that the results will be out sooner than expected.i wanna enjoy myself before D-day.sigh.i wanna earn money by doing something that i enjoy doing, if not i will feel that i'm wasting my time.however, such jobs are hard to come by.zZzz

the rain's not showing any sign of going away for good.wa laus.

the quake in taiwan caused networks in the region to experience problems.so if you experience unusual lag while surfing the net,its normal and the isp are trying to fix the problem.snail pace can be expected while downloading stuff from the net.sucks man.now i cant access msn or download using bitcomet.SIANS.

my room's in a mess!haha..better stop being lazy and start clearing up.

yesterday's badmintion was FUN!can't wait for the next session.wahahahaha.

enjoyed myself today playing bowling and risk and bastard dai tee and eating.muhahaha.playing bowling with friends are so much more relaxing as compared to playing with dad's friends.and playing risk with shaun will result in an unfinished game.lol

i'm really broke now.as in REALLY broke.sians.a holiday will really help the situation.....'cos parents will settle all the $$$ spent during holiday.wahahaha.sadly i'm not goin on any =( 70% of my friends are doin tat now.2 more leaving tmr..sians la!

just got home from odac farewell.it wasnt anything near fantastic,budden can see that the year 1s did put in effort.kudos to the year 1s and thanks to quan zun for the nice present =]

guess after this the odacians won't really be meeting up anymore.i'm leaving the club with mixed feelings. odac for me meant many wonderful memories,together with a couple of bad memories too.sometimes i really wish that these bad memories will just vanish from my memory and i'll just leave with the happy ones.although its easy it is to say 'remember the good and forget the bad', i dont think i'll be able to do that in the near future.sigh.

went to see kx off in the morning.after i saw what it was like to go in, i really dread for my moment to come. i don't think i can lead that kind of life, although i know i have no choice.seeing strangers surrounding him and putting myself in his shoes, i feel @#!!$$@#. i just dun feel like socialising or making new friends..i'm rather sick of human-human relationships now.they are so unexplainable.wth

i'm getting sick of EVERYTHING around me.i know i should appericiate life and cherish the things i have, but that is something i've yet to learn.

on a brighter note, i watched deathnote and it rocks!( i know i abit lag ar..but by the time exams finish it was no longer showing le ma) Light is cute and so is his sis..muahaha.looking forward to deathnote 2! and flyboys =]

yesterday was shiok!!ice skating was so fun can.muhahahaha.pity they sealed off a part of the ring for figure skaters..if not will be more shiok.haa.if only its cheaper and located nearer,i'll sure frequent the place! hmm.i still feel quite bad.we should have kept at least one phone in our pockets..budden it's over and lets not talk about it again. went birthday girl's house for cake cutting.haa.2 cakes!wa lau..eat till siao.wahahaha.had sleep over and talked cock till morning..its gonna be the last few times we see kx with hair?lol

kbox was fun!once again we didnt fail to make our money worth..wahahaha.we clocked 6 hours of singing and many many many bowls of nuts.we were caught drinking MINERAL WATER inside there.wth.kbox should really abolish the rule of no outside food.they think think they can earn more $$ by banning outside food and jacking up their food prices.babi sia. oh ya! i finally bought a jacket for myself today..i think i have a fetish for jackets. =X once again saw many things while shopping that are so tempting yet so 'unreachable'.

i totally forgot about odac farewell can.haha..bumped into qiyin today and she said she just bought her dress for that night.wa lau it didnt even occur to me tat i should be shopping for something to wear,but now looking at my wardrobe, i really dunno wad to wear for tat night sia.maybe i'll wear my prom suit?lol dont really feel like goin to the farewell,budden i paid last year!so this year must go.haha i'm turning babi too =D

yesterday went for another round island trip,this time we had twice as many people as the last time we went.starting it felt like it was all too easy.by the time we reached kranji the last time we went we were panting like siao, but yesterday i was feeling normal when we reached kranji. on the way back my stomach was freaking hungry but we made a pact not to stop till east coast to have dinner. budden our water supply was also running low so we decided to stop at the next petrol station we see.kao. from boon lay all the way to buona vista not a single petrol station is sight!wth. my hunger and thirst was really killing me..regretted not bringing energy bars with me.luckily for us,we finally spotted a petrol station near commonwealth. petrol stations are really life saviours for ppl like us.haa

anyway we managed to beat our record in terms of distance =]

the stupid volleyball court @ sentosa cost $25 per hour to rent.wtf! and the yalam manning the counter had attitude problem.

went shopping at simlim today. all the electronics there were so tempting!if only i have spare cash.sigh.roy wanted to buy adapter, so we approached a random shop.

roy(in chinese):'uncle how much is this?'

uncle:this one ar..orginally is $49,but for you, i charge $35!special price for you leh!'

roy:'can cheaper?'

uncle:'cannot la..49 reduce to 35 leh..very cheap le!student price!'

luckily we decided to look around first before making any purchase,'cos next door we saw the exact same thing.the price?$20.even before 'discount'.kao..we laughed our ass off.haha! the next time you visit simlim, beware of such nice people.

recently i get pissed off easily,dun ask me why,'cos i dun know the reason myself.sigh

and i just seem to grow fatter and fatter.just cant seem to slim down..sian diao

omg i lost track of time for the past 2 days.prom came and went,the food sucked considering how much we paid for it.wa lau the nasi lemak at hawker centers own the food there la.food aside, i was actually feeling damn bored throughout the whole prom.although it was my first time dressing so formally,i didnt really enjoy the event.the post prom was held @ dxo.i must say it's one of the nicer clubs i've been to. when the party ended we chilled by the river till first train.
