went over tekong for kx's pop.tekong's a scenic island to my surprise, and bmtc really looked like a chalet!haha.orientated myself around my future home in 18 days time.

Sentosa

hit the beach yesterday.we took sentosa express!a new way to get in instead of the usual bus.the best part?it cost just $3,same as taking the bus.wahaha















we were issued some ez-link-like card that acted as our ticket.cool!

*yawns* woke up 3+pm today sia.wth.waste time..actually i woke up 1+ due to a sms,but went back to slp.i hate it when i do that.Zz


hantu ride with terra outdoors

went with kit to follow this 'hantu ride' organised by a outdoor activities company by the name of terra outdoors.the ride was supposed to visit spooky places at chua chu kang,but the actual ride wasnt spooky at all.although one of the guys there supposably saw 3 figures walking among us while we had our water break at cck cemetery, i didnt feel anything at all while we were there.the ride was about 22km and lasted for about 2hours plus.the ride there and back by ourselves was more enjoyable.

nearly got knock down twice on our way to lakeside.first time was at geylang there when this lorry sudden came out of nowhere and cut into my path.i was so pissed that i showed him the middle finger.the second time was at commonwealth area when this car suddenly cut out from taxi stand into our path.both kit and i jammed our brakes, but we were goin at like 37 so there was barely enough reaction time.kit missed the car by inches while i missed kit's rear dee by centimeters.i pull out onto the center of the road..heng there was no car goin pass,otherwise i wont be sitting here typing this liao.wonder how these people passed their basic theory.wth.


the 'chan' guy yesterday really saved me by telling me not to do my 'aero' position.




came home and saw the bird sleeping in the nest it built!

went with kit to follow some people at coastal jus now.managed to keep up with their last rider, but i'm sure that i wont be able to keep up with the front pack.or maybe it's because i dont dare to try?

i think i suck.sometimes its easy to spot the mistakes,but seem almost impossible to correct them.wth

had char kuey tiao at this coffee shop near roy's house.not bad.3.5/5.























we went to explore around in search for the peak ah boy was talking about,we didnt manage to find it,but we had a good time off road.vegetation everywhere,with a path thats barely there.haha,reminded me of that time when kit and i nearly got lost at bukit timah and had to use our bikes to chop our way thru to civilisation.


we human beings like to run away from reality.many of us dont have the courage to face up to the truth,so we tend to tell ourselves things or do things to make us feel better.maybe running is the best tactic?jus like in sun tze art of war.lmao.others may feel that facing the music seem to be the best way out.sigh.

IT fair
the last day of the it fair was crazy.swarms of people moving around,human traffic was at its peak.be it mrt or citylink or suntec, it was so darn hard and tiring to manouver around.Zz
















well at least it wasnt a wasted trip,i bought a new speaker system,mich and zh both got themselves ipods.wont be goin to any fairs in the near future,haha.phobia.
















on the way home i saw this guy reading a POKEMON GUIDE.i'm not saying that adults cant read pokemon guides,jus that it's...uncommon?hah.

















my speakers!wasted i dont have a better sound card,otherwise i'd have bought the 5.1 system.sadded.sound quality's superb though-for $29 that is.

went airport after the test,visited the budget terminal.it was budget alright.we thought that it was under renovations when we first stepped into the arrival hall.haha!

NUS & NTU open house

i must have looked like some retard sleeping with my mouth wide open on the mrt.haha.totally drained of energy after a long day touring ntu and nus. i'd say that the crowd at ntu seems much more lively as compared to that at nus.wonder why?lol.


if you ever dine at nus,DONT ever go to this 'great wall restaurant'.i repeat,DONT.unless you want to waste your $$$. we kenna culture shock while we were there.

dinner was so much nicer at pizza hut.now we know how to get 2 for 1 pizzas.at pizza hut.lol

the ntu campus is like much nicer as compared to the nus campus.can imagine myself leading campus life.wahaha.k stop dreaming,not as if they are willing to take me in.zZ.

pulau ubin
felt great to be outdoors again!outdoors as in o-u-t-d-o-o-r-s.haha not go downstairs buy food that kinda outdoors.if you've $4 to spare and nothing to do,you should really use it to visit ubin.for $2,the boat ride is really worth it.the feeling of the sea breeze blowing against you is simply ecstatic.wahaha.with her wide diversity of flora and fauna,she's certainly one of spore's 'hidden' eden.

although i've been to ubin countless times,but everytime i go back,i find myself discovering new stuff.it can simply be the small little things that i overlooked the previous time i was there.i will go back there again =D

managed to catch 300 for free.courtesy of mich's company.wahahaha.it not too bad a show,i would rate it 3.5 out of 5 ba.at certain parts it felt like i was sitting with 300 other ppl in the cinema watching porn.haha.breasts were spilled and dicks were shown.haha!no la.but there were breasts and artistic sex scene though.lol.ladies,if you're after men with 8packs,do go watch the show and gentlemen,if you're after breasts,do avoid watching the show.haha.lots of killing and dying,however they changed the story.history records tells us that the battle was fought with much more spartans and more allies to began with.




today i came home to a surprise-a bird started a nest at my doorstep!not literally my doorstep la.jus on some unused wire hanging near my door.i was so excited that i kept snapping away with my camera.lol





aint it cool?!the bird's very shy,so whenever there's any noise or movement alien to it,it would not go anywhere near the nest.i dont think the bird's really gonna use the nest,considering my neighbour is rather lively.haha.sadded.

i didnt dare to look at my results when i received them, but they turned out better than expected.haha..i was like expecting something like DDE and a bordeline pass in GP,but the end results surprised me.wahahaha.hmm...i need to take sometime off to plan my next step,cos there are not that many courses open to me currently,but i'm sure things will work out.i still cant find any course that really catches my eye.the courses that i think i'll be interested in aint offered in any of the local uni.anyway i doubt my grades can secure me a place in any of those courses if they were offered in spore.zZ.
i dont think overseas is an option since i wasnt born with a silver spoon in my mouth.think we'll be having trouble paying even nus or ntu fees if i manage to get in.lol.quite a number of my friends are already in the midst of choosing the overseas route,but they are from the wealthier bunch.thats the diff between them and me.Zz
and i dont tink loans will work for me.hmm maybe they will?haha.have to snoop around open houses and talk to more ppl to find out more.


i left my 6233 behind in a taxi on the way to cong's house on D-Day.when i found out what i have done,i spammed my phone with calls and smses in hope that some kind soul would pick it up and return it to me.after about 2 hours, the person who picked up my phone switched off my phone!at that point of time i thought my phone was like gone for good.
this morning,i woke up to ton's call.it turned out that the person who held on to my phone was the taxi driver himself,and he switched it off because he didnt know how to operate the phone.lol!i was like so relieve after knowing that my phone was in safe hands.haha.so i met this taxi driver by the name of francis at tamp central to collect back my phone and guess what,he rejected my reward for him!wahaha.thanks francis =]


let's just say that lady luck is really smiling at me.

alrite,i'm starting to see webs on this blog again.haa.guess it's time i do updating ya.well, i've been wanting to update since v day,budden somehow or rather cant find time to do so..lol.k thats an excuse.a lousy one too.wahaha =D

let's see,v day was spent at cong house baking cookies,eating pizza and watching movie.that way we didnt see any couples.smart eh?lol.

hmm..then came cny.spent the first day visiting relatives and the other days were spent with friends.the fireworks display on the first nite of cny was boring and disappointing.the following nites of blackjack were so much more exciting-heartstopping and scary at times,even worst than playin heartattack.haha.i witness how that pack of 52 cards can break someone.lol

i cant really remember what was after cny.hmm..i remember playing pool,eating gelare,cycling,chilling out,sunrise and sunset,fishermen's v..blah blah blah.

fastforward to today.went for dinner at thaipan with ton,bu and ngiam.been a while since i last ate there.the food there is still as delicious as ever.wahaha.with our bloated tummies, we hung around the area and took loads of stupid photos.we nearly threw ngiam's head into the toilet bowl and dustbin..lol!maybe i shall post the photos and VIDEOS up here someother time and hope she doesnt see =D
we climbed up to the roof of one of the buildings in mg..nothing much,jus a nice experience and it feels shiok to climb onto the roof of a 27 floor building.haha.

speaking of rooftops.i chanced upon one of the nicest house i've seen!omg.just thinking of it makes me wanna go back there again.haha.it's a pent house at bedok court and the first time i saw it, i was like stunned for a moment.haha.it all began when i was lying on my bed and this random thought of the penthouse of bedok court came to me.i felt an urge to go see it,so the next day when i was out cycling with lenny we dropped by on our way home for a look.i swore that my first reaction was *gasp*.haha.
picture this-a 2 storey terrace house planted on the 19th floor of a condo.not only that,this condo is built on a low-lying area due to it's close proximity to our beloved airport,hence the buildings around it are no taller than 12 storey high.therefore this penthouse,which is built on the condo,has a panoramic view of the entire area(yes this area is inclusive of the sea)!on top of that,the layout and design of the house is to my liking and level2 of the house leads straight to the rooftop.this roof top is much much nicer than mg's although it's only lv20 compared to mg's 28.wa lau..bth.really felt like asking the owner to allow me in for a tour round of his house!
the size of the house aint too big either.large enough to hold a grand party yet small enough such that the one wont feel the 'empty' feeling large houses give-jus nice to my liking.haha.the only thing i feel it lacks is a glass roof with a retractable brick layer on the bedrooms on lv2 of the house.imagine with the click of a buttom the roof retracts and you're able to view STARS from your BED.omg.how cool is that!*slurps*

oh well,enough about that house.someday i shall return there-as the owner!no la.jus kidding.wahaha
our results will be out in 2 day's time.damn fast can!3 1/2 months whizzed by just like that!looking back, i can barely recall doing much during this period of time.sigh.well, it's too late for any regrets now. at this point of time, it's about accepting the results and planning the next step.
in about one month's time i will be enlisting and there are many many things i wanna do but have yet to get around doin them!zZ

have you ever felt overwhelmed by your thoughts?for this period of time when i didnt blog, many thoughts slipped pass me.jus feel it's kinda pity that they came and went.i think i should blog more oft,catch hold of these random thoughts and keep them, so that i can look back and either learn from or laugh at them.lol!

badmintion today wasnt as fun as i expected it to be,everybody was like so lethargic..maybe it's something to do with the venue.lol.personally i dun like the ambience at siglap..tamp sports hall's the best!wahahaha

the weather's been good for the past few days.sunny in the day,clear sky with stars at night and breeze throughout the whole day.my favourite kind of weather!wahahaha =D
sunset today wasn't anything spectacular, but it was one of the nicest i've seen in recent times. i really can't wait to see a really beautiful sunset.soon.

a hot shower after riding followed by some music and a good sleep.shiok =P

went with roy to order our army specs today.met up with cong and the rest in town for shopping.friggin tired.

on our way home,dennis,shaun and i discovered this large colony of ants.nothing special about it 'cept that this species of ant is thrice the size of your average friendly household ant.it must be some kinda mutation or something, 'cos its friggin huge and rather freaky..wonders of nature.haha.took a video of it,shall post it up tmr or something.now i need to hug my friggin bolster.nite peeps.zZz

walked for a whole day in town today.dead beat!i really dun understand how girls can tahan shopping but cannot tahan 2.4.haha.after so much walking, my cny shopping's not done yet.zZz

looking at the old folks selling tissue by the road side or at hawker centers,how do you feel?seriously speaking, although many of us tend to say we're poor and broke,how many of us really are? we have clothes to wear,water to drink,food to eat and shelter to stay.no matter how bad our condition, we wont starve to death or freeze to death on the road.i have no idea why all of a sudden the picture of people living in extreme poverty found their way into my head, but i just feel that we are considered very fortunate.wahaha.humans are like that,when we have something, we would tend to seek something better.we'll nv be easily contented.zZz.one day i should visit africa and experience for myself whats its like to live in extreme poverty.wahaha.

i seriously need some time management.zZz

went shopping today and bought quite a few things!wahaha.happy happy.this happiness comes at the expense of my wallet.lol

it pays to do good.we were walking at bugis village when sher saw a poor old man selling tissue.nobody was buying from him, so feeling sad for the old man, sher took $2 from me and bought a few packs of tissue from the old chap.i tot nothing much of it at that point of time.
we carried on shopping and walking,then all of a sudden my stomach had major disagreement with me. i chionged into a nearby toilet, only to find that there was no more toilet paper.i chiong back out and was so freaking relief to see the packs of tissue in her bag.lol.grabbed a few packs and chionged back into the toilet.wahahaha.

the good will be rewarded =]

was signing in at the general office early this morning and then i realised that it's already the first day of feb!time's literally flying can.it seemed like only yesterday that i attended last sun's service!zZz
today was pretty slack,took 4/1 and they're the most behaving class i've ever taken since i've been to the school!wahahaha.

spent my free periods building sandcastles in the staffroom.i've always dreamt of travelling the world on a bicycle,but i know i'm still way away from that dream.a quick search on the net showed quite a handful of ppl in the world who carried/are carrying out my dream! the typical story-work for a few years,save up,cash in everything,get the necessary equipment and set off to see the world. i seriously can't wait to do that..wahaha!best if i can do it with a partner-either a good pal or my life partner =D

however looking at my current equipment ,skills and fitness level, i seriously have to work hard if i wanna ever achieve my dream.haa.
of course this is just one of my many many dreams.wahaha.dreaming jus feel so shiok!lol
